Tailor-made solutions

Cubes, strips or slices can be cut in a variety of sizes. A choice of three sizes of machine provides a tailor-made solution whatever the size of the business. For operating requirements of 1 – 5 hours a day the models SR 1 and SR 1 turbo offer the perfect solution. In this regard it must always be taken into account that hourly throughput for cut sizes of 3mm would be 150 kg, whereas for 24 mm meat cubes for goulash, for example, it would be 1500 kg.

Swift conversion possibilities

For the user who wants top performance with a variety of cutting options the SR 2 model offers swift conversion possibilities, a high level of performance up to 3000 kg per hour and a feed and take-off system that enables high working efficiency.

For anyone who values first-class performance though and if only a small number of different types of product per day are planned, the SR 3 model would provide absolute peak performance.

Additionally, roughly every month we carry out special applications to comply with particular customer requirements. Common to all our machines is a unique type of cutting geometry which uses variations in the detailed construction of each finished product to help achieve the best possible cutting characteristics.

More Features

3 types of blades

For cooked ham salad there is a choice of 3 types of blade that have to be selected according to the individual ham recipe. Using these combination possibilities, cut sizes of up to 3 mm can be achieved.

Cutter with special teeth

Lamb or pork chops on the bone can be cut to a specific thickness of 10 mm or more using a cutter equipped with special teeth.

Goulash

Goulash is not always the same, for this, too, there are various cutter settings available. Fresh meat can be cut at anywhere from -3°C bis +10°C.

Chopped onions

Chopped onions can be cut without any problem, even into pieces as small as 5 mm³, without the cutting pressure having any adverse affect on the juiciness of the product .

Grated cheese and cheese cubes

With the exception of hard Parmesan (with rind) or loose Feta all types of cheese can be cut even into small cubes. For the production of grated cheese we can supply production lines with a high performance rating.
