For all customers with a curing centre type IR56 for high injection rates we have now developed a retrofittable improvement. The required amount of brine to get the machine started can now be reduced to 17 litres. So far the amount was 30 litres with the basic equipment.

There is a conversion kit available which consists of a hose, a hose junction and a new software. The estimated conversion time for a Rühle service engineer is one hour. We will convert a machine completely for 300,- € and you will save approximately 7,- € per working cycle.

The conversion is especially profitable for businesses who change brine very often. All new machines come standard equipped with this improvement.
